A walk-around inspection so your van is safe before it leaves the lot.

Grab your staged packages at the station and organize the van by stop order.

Turn-by-turn navigation guides every stop. Dispatch is one call away.
Head home
Bring the van back, check in any returns, and you're done for the day.

Questions drivers ask.
Do I work for Amazon or for DSSL?
You're employed by Doorstep Delivery Solutions, an independent Amazon Delivery Service Partner. You'll deliver Amazon packages, but DSSL handles your hiring, pay, scheduling, and benefits.
Do I need delivery experience or a CDL?
No. A standard driver's license is all you need. We provide paid training (classroom, on-road, and a ride-along) before you run a route on your own.
What does the schedule look like?
Shifts run 4–5 days a week, up to 10 hours a day, with routes seven days a week. Tell us your availability in the application and we'll work with it.
How fast is the hiring process?
Apply online in about two minutes. We'll reach out to set up a quick interview. Once your background check and drug screen clear, you start paid training.
How and when do I get paid?
Drivers start at $20+ an hour with overtime eligibility, paid every two weeks by direct deposit. Ask about any sign-on or peak-season bonuses in your interview.
Where will I be delivering?
Shifts start from our station in McKinney, Texas, with routes covering McKinney and nearby North Texas communities.
